Due to the handmade nature of my products, I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact me within 3 days of delivery with unboxing video and photos of the product and packaging. I will gladly assist with a replacement or solution.

Custom Orders

Custom and personalized orders are also Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
